This hot sauce was crafted in-house by our Head Chef, Dan Noonan, to compliment the wide variety of tacos that he makes for the Guardian brewpub.
This hot sauce features Fresno Chiles and boasts a medium heat that does not linger long, but makes you want to add more! Our medium sauce goes well with a variety of Southwest, Mexican, and Latino-inspired dishes, as well as on everything.
Ingredients: Fresno Chiles, red wine vinegar, water, red onion, garlic, sunflower seed oil, salt
